Terms of service
Terms, in plain language.
This page provides a general overview of how Velora's services are structured. Each client will receive a written service agreement containing the complete terms of the engagement. If there is ever a difference between this overview and the signed agreement, the terms in the signed agreement will apply.
Packages and commitment
Essential and Growth both require an initial three-month commitment beginning with the first active service month. After the initial commitment, services continue month-to-month unless canceled with 30 days' written notice.
Payment
The signed agreement, one-time $300 onboarding fee, and first monthly management payment are required before onboarding begins.
The first monthly management payment is made in advance to reserve the client's first active service month. Future monthly payments are due on the first day of each active service month.
Payments are made electronically through the invoice or secure payment link provided by Velora. Available payment methods will be shown on the invoice.
Payments have a three-calendar-day grace period. If payment remains unpaid after the grace period, a $50 late fee will be added to the outstanding balance. Content creation, scheduling, publishing, community engagement, and other services may also be paused until the full outstanding balance, including the late fee, has been paid.
A payment delay does not extend the active service month, change future payment due dates, or guarantee that delayed work can be rescheduled or carried into a future month.
Onboarding and active service
Onboarding begins once the agreement is signed and the $300 onboarding fee and first monthly management payment have been received. The onboarding process typically takes two to four weeks and includes learning the client's brand, organizing available assets, developing the initial strategy and content plan, completing the first content session, and preparing the first batch of content.
The first content session may take place during onboarding and will count toward the session allowance for the client's first active service month.
Active service months begin on the first day of the agreed calendar month. The three-month commitment and monthly package deliverables begin with the confirmed first active service month.
On-site content sessions
Essential includes one scheduled on-site content session of up to 90 minutes per active service month. Growth includes up to two scheduled on-site content sessions of up to 90 minutes each per active service month.
Sessions are available throughout Utah County and Salt Lake County. Select Southern Utah projects may be considered based on availability, travel requirements, and project scope. Additional sessions, extended travel, and special projects may be quoted separately.
On-site content sessions requested outside Velora's regular business hours are subject to availability and may require an additional fee. Any additional fee will be quoted for approval before the session is scheduled.
Session rescheduling and cancellation requirements will be outlined in the signed client agreement.
Products provided for content creation
Product-based businesses without an on-site location may ship or deliver products to Velora for content creation in a suitable off-site setting. The client is responsible for all shipping and delivery expenses.
Products are provided as content samples and may be opened, handled, or used during filming and photography. Products are not guaranteed to be returned. If a product must be returned, the arrangement must be discussed and approved before it is sent to Velora. The client is responsible for return shipping and any necessary packaging.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing reasonable access to their business for scheduled content sessions and sharing available brand assets, product information, promotions, events, and current business updates that may be helpful when planning content.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all business information provided for publication is accurate and that they have permission to use any images, videos, logos, music, testimonials, or other materials they supply.
Delayed approvals, missing information, unavailable products, postponed sessions, or limited access may affect content production and publishing timelines.
Additional work
Work outside the selected package—such as additional posts or Reels, additional filming sessions, extended travel, rush requests, or special projects—may be quoted separately. Additional work will not begin without the client's approval.
Priority scheduling and support
Growth clients receive scheduling preference for content sessions, revisions, and time-sensitive content requests when availability permits.
Priority scheduling and support does not guarantee same-day responses, revisions, or completed content. Larger projects, rush requests, and work outside the package scope may require additional time and fees.
Community engagement
Community engagement is included each business day within the limits of the selected package: up to 10 minutes per business day with Essential and up to 15 minutes per business day with Growth.
Velora may respond to general comments and messages on the client's behalf. Anything requiring specific business knowledge, pricing, appointment scheduling, or a decision from the client will be passed along rather than answered without authorization.
Content approvals
Clients will review and approve content at the beginning of the working relationship while Velora becomes familiar with the business, brand voice, and preferences.
Once the content direction is established, the goal is to transition into a more hands-off process. Clients may continue to provide feedback, request reasonable changes within the selected package's scope, and share new ideas throughout the engagement.
Content ownership and portfolio use
Specific ownership, licensing, raw-footage, source-file, and portfolio-use terms will be included in the signed client agreement.
Account access and security
Clients provide the account access reasonably necessary for Velora to perform the agreed services. Access is used only to provide those services, limited to those who need it, and removed when the engagement ends.
Clients should use secure access-sharing or platform-permission tools whenever available rather than sending passwords through email.
Business hours and communication
Velora's regular office and communication hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Mountain Time, excluding holidays.
Emails may be sent at any time and will typically receive a response within two business days. Text messaging and scheduled calls are available to active clients during regular business hours.
Results and third-party platforms
Velora does not guarantee specific increases in followers, engagement, leads, sales, or other business results.
Social media platforms, algorithms, features, policies, and availability are controlled by third parties and may change without notice. Velora is not responsible for platform outages, restrictions, account suspensions, or other changes outside its control.
