A clear beginning, a calm rhythm, and a workflow you'll always be able to see.
The steps
Agreement and payment
Once you're ready to move forward, your agreement is signed and the $300 onboarding fee plus your first monthly payment are due. This officially reserves your spot and begins onboarding.
Onboarding month
Natasha gathers your brand assets, learns your business, organizes our systems, and plans your content. Your first on-site content session with Alexis is scheduled, and your first batch of posts is created. Regular posting does not begin immediately after signing.
First active month
Regular posting begins the following service month. Future monthly payments are due on the 1st of each month.
Approvals
At the beginning, content is sent for review so Natasha can learn your preferences and make sure we're aligned. Once both sides are aligned, the process becomes more hands-off.
Planning ahead
Velora works approximately one month ahead whenever possible. When needed, content may be planned a couple of weeks ahead to keep the workflow flexible and realistic.
Communication + workflow
Organized enough that nothing gets lost. Easy enough that you'll actually reach out.
Email first
Email is Natasha's preferred method of communication because it keeps decisions, requests, approvals, and important details organized and easy to reference.
Texting, once we're established
Texting works well for quick questions once our working relationship is set. Non-urgent communication stays within reasonable business hours.
Calls when needed
There are no routine monthly calls on the calendar. When something is easier to talk through, a call can be scheduled.
On-site content sessions
Alexis typically leads the filming and photography session at your business, with Natasha joining when available or needed. Session dates are scheduled around your business.
Google Drive
Our shared place for brand assets, session footage, anything you'd like to share, and everything your social media needs.
Everything visible
Content calendars, deadlines, recurring themes, and shared assets stay organized, so you always have a clear idea of what's coming.
Ideas are welcome
Have an idea for a post, promotion, or piece of content? Send it over. Velora wants collaboration to feel easy and flexible.
Approvals that relax over time
Early on, you'll see content before it posts. Once both sides are aligned, we move toward a more hands-off process without approval on every post.
